  History of the Beatriz Ball Collection

The roots of the BEATRIZ BALL Collection began in 1991, when Beatriz began working with artisans in the outskirts of Mexico City, creating innovative and lustrous designs in alternative metal.

Their pieces are individually created at their factory, one at a time, using the ancient art of sand casting by pouring a premium quality alloy of molten aluminum into sand molds, then going through four levels of hand polishing to develop its deep luster.

The hardworking metal reflects the shine of silver, but requires no polishing.

A marriage of modern materials with updated designs, our pieces are easy to use and to care for. They go from refrigerator, to oven, to table, and are perfectly suited for today's casual lifestyles. The pieces do require washing by hand to maintain they look.
